It is so important to be aware of how we feel. When we feel good, we are in a high energetic frequency, we are aligned with the higher self and can feel inner guidance and intuition.
We feel expansive. Synchronicity and serendipity keeps happening and our feeling good makes people around us feel good too. When we feel good, the whole body, down to the cells, is in the healthiest mode.
We can remain healthiest by staying in a high frequency, and if we have an illness, we can heal this way. This has been proven most recently by Dr Joe Dispenza and teams of neuroscientists who conducted thousands of brain scans on thousands of people during workshops. People with serious illnesses such as Muscular Sclerosis and cancer went into remission by getting into high energetic frequencies.
We have control over how we think and feel. We can become aware of what has become unconscious patterning. We can become aware of what we are habitually thinking and feeling. It is first key to know that we are not our thoughts but we are the awareness BEHIND our thoughts. We can observe our thoughts and choose our thoughts.

It is important to realize that most people spend all day in Beta wave brain state, and in Beta state it is hard to stop thinking negative thoughts. You can switch to Alpha wave brain state where it is all of a sudden hard to worry or think negative thoughts if you do a breathing pattern for a few minutes.
You can re-wire your brain to function all day in Alpha if you schedule times throughout the day to consistently do this breathing pattern for even just two minutes each time. Eventually it becomes automatic to be in Alpha brain state. I set alarms to go off on my phone every day to ensure I do this consistently.
In Alpha state, you not only feel relaxed and calm, but you have clarity of mind, impulse control and you are connected with intuition. Good solutions to problems will just pop into your mind. Your brain is no longer stuck in only one hemisphere which happens when you are stressed. You can respond effectively to what happens instead of reacting.
It is hard to worry in Alpha state and you can access flow state from here where you are focused in the present moment and you reach peak performance and all the amazing benefits that brings.
