It takes practicing the method consistently in the beginning to maintain feelings of ease, peace and well-being. It is called “neuro-repatterning”. The practice is rewiring the brain by repetition. So making this a daily ritual is very effective.

 

 After I practiced this for a while, I was amazed to find myself feeling blissful. The blissful feeling is one of feeling completely fulfilled.

 

It feels like the “Peace that passeth all understanding”. It’s also a feeling of being whole and complete, connected to all that is, infinitely spacious. This experience  feels deeply accepting and allowing of everything just as it is, deeply restful. There is equanimity and a feeling of lightness and ease, with an inherent ongoing letting go that just happens when your focus is on spacious stillness. At this point, your entire awareness is being conscious of pure consciousness, The I AM that I AM. You are the observer, the awareness behind all thoughts and emotions.

Certain scenarios still trigger me and throw me off. Though, if I practice the method I learned, (which is harder to do the more triggered I am) it’s sure to bring me back to a place of calm, grounded well-being.

 

I have learned very effective ways to release the triggers and other issues that pop up, that are usually related to unconscious childhood programming. Some release quickly and others release in layers.​

Practicing these methods has made a dramatic impact for the better in my life. I would like to help others transform their stress, anxiety and worry into feeling more sustained peace, ease and well-being as well.​
