Weekend Retreat
Learn and Embody 3 Quick Techniques Clinically Proven to Release Stress, Worry and Anxiety, and Feel Sustained Inner Peace.
I would love to share what I learned after an awful accident that transformed my life. I was amazed how I could feel blissful with a feeling of complete fulfillment. This is a gift every person has.The body is a portal for profound transformation.
Our feeling awareness in the body impacts our ability to be present and feel safe.
What You’ll Learn at the Retreat
Embodied Practices and Brain Synchrony Tools to Access Peace, Power, and Presence from Within
We’ll learn practices that help you inhabit the whole body fully which unbinds layers of constriction and bracing that the body can hold onto for years. The body’s holding constriction tends to keep us in defensive states.
Training ourselves to feel deep awareness in the entire body helps us access feelings of safety, presence and innate wholeness. We’ll learn practices that lead to relaxation and ease.
We will also learn quick techniques for what’s called “synchrony training” to access the whole brain state. This brings both brain hemispheres online at once, which normalizes the nervous system and brings feelings of calm, relaxation and confidence.
In the whole brain state, there is less for worry, rumination or any other negative emotion. This is the recipe for living a worry-free life: practicing the whole brain state.
We are powerful beings and we are continually creating our reality. It’s an inward journey. This great creative power we have is from within; it’s not in manipulating external reality which our culture would have us believe. Of course, we can create from manipulating our external reality though this is not where true fulfillment and happiness lies.
As the saying goes, “The kingdom of heaven is within.” In this retreat, you will experience this truth for yourself and also be empowered with tools to access this. With practice you will be able to live from this experience which is characterized by a feeling of inner peace, expansion, lightness, ease, contentment and feeling whole and complete.

What we focus on expands.
Instead of focusing on the problem and what we think needs fixing (since this act of focusing on what we think needs fixing is expanding the existence of the problem), with a little practice, we can consistently operate from a space of inner peace and love, guided by our hearts, instead of by fear.
Albert Einstein knew this. When he was faced with a big problem, he would row himself out on Lake Geneva, put his oars down and just lie down in the boat looking up at the clouds. He said he would completely relax and let everything go in his mind and be completely present in the moment, looking at the clouds above and letting the boat rock him. He said solutions would just pop into his head in miraculous “Eureka!” moments.
It’s a very common misperception that achieving what we want will make us happy; for example getting our dream job, owning a beautiful home, having an amazing and loving spouse, a ton of money, and our dream car etc.
This actually does not bring true happiness and fulfillment, contrary to what we’re culturally programmed to believe. This truth brings to mind very successful celebrities who commit suicide.
True happiness and fulfillment comes from within. It’s every person’s birthright to feel well-being, unconditional love, peace, joy, a feeling of abundance, safety and wholeness. This is always available.
By the end of this retreat, you will be able to access this state of Being whenever you’d like.
